TJ has been a witness to the power of making the right investment choices in real estate. From humble beginnings he always had an interest in the possibilities real estate could provide. After getting his formal education at Walla Walla University and graduate degree at Gonzaga University, he worked in corporate America for nearly 20 years and delved in real estate as an investor and advisor to his parents retirement strategy. In 2019 he bought the United Country Walla Walla franchise which later was rebranded to Spinoza Real Estate.
He has helped advise dozens of families to make the right choices when it comes to buying real estate. He believes it is a decision that can impact the financial future for families and generations to come and can provide a catalyst for many more opportunities, if done wisely.
He is an investor as well with a portfolio across different real estate asset classes and enjoys meeting likeminded individuals and those those who consider real estate as a strategic investment in their financial future.
In his time off he enjoys volunteering for causes he believes in like affordable housing, city leadership, parks and rec, church and spending time with his family and kids.
He holds a WA Brokers License # 140687 and a WA Managing brokers license with a Designated Broker License #25016274.
